Travi offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. You can file the return/exchange only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product. Kindly note that parcel unboxing video is mandatory. You have to raise a return/replacement within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores.
Please allow one-two weeks for your return to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive email once your return is processed.
